The
Program of Theological Field Education (TFE) is a series of courses within the
Pastoral Studies curriculum for Master of Divinity (MDiv) students which
provides for on-going formation through the integration of studies into the
ministry setting. The first year of studies is referred to as Orientation to
Supervised Ministry.
This first semester takes place within the classroom and is designed to give an overview of the process of supervised ministry and theological reflection.
